Step 1. Log in to your Google Account and go to www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
Step 2. Click on Add a Site button on the right side

Step 3. A popup window will open, type your blog/website URL in the box and click on Continue

Step 4. Google will ask you to verify your website, choose a method to verify and verify your blog/website.
