First of all Log in to your Blogger Account and Go to Setting >> Other >> Site Feed and click on Allow Blog Feed, there you'll see 5 options :


Full : This option will display the whole content of your feed. 
Until Jump Break : This option will display the content Until Jump Break.
Short : This will display short portion of content. 
None : This is the option which completely disable RSS Feed of your Blog.
Custom This shows 3 more options to customize your feed.

In order to Disable/Turn Off your feed you have to select None option. This option completely disables your RSS Feed. Select None from the list and click on Save Setting Button.


Congratulations : Now you have completely Disabled the Feeds of your Blog. To enable your feed again you can select Full or other options i.e Until Jump Break, Short, Custom whatever you want.
