But the problem is that the link doesn't contains all the important keywords which are necessary for SEO. For the best SEO of your blog posts it is necessary that the link contain all the important keywords. So the solution of this problem is to change the permalink of the post manually. How to Change Post URL/Permalink in Blogger

Log in to your Blogger Dashboard. In the post editor under the Post Setting section you'll see Permalink option.
Click on that link and select Custom permalink, a box will open. Now write your custom URL/permalink in the box and hit on Done button.
Note: Write each word separated with Dash - symbol and the characters allowed in custom URL are limited to : a-z, A-Z, 0-1. The only special characters available are Dash and Period.

After creating your favicon download the favicon file.

Now hit the Save button and you're done!
After adding your custom favicon, it may not display your custom favicon because your previous favicon is saved in your browser's history. So to see the correct image clear the cache/history or restart your browser.

How to Lock and Unlock Widgets in Blogger

If you create a blogger blog or you upload a custom template to your blogger blog, almost all the widgets are editable. You can edit, move or remove the widgets. But you may have observed that some widget are non removable such as header or when you upload a custom template. All those widgets are locked and that's why they are non removable. So, today we are going to learn that How to Lock and Unlock Widgets in Blogger.

How to Lock or Unlock widgets in Blogger

Step 1. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard
Step 2. Go to Template >> Edit HTML and just above the HTML Container you'll see Jump to Widget button
Step 3. Click on that button a Drop Down will open and from that drop down select the widget that you want to Lock on Unlock
Step 4. After that you'll be taken to the widget code which would somewhat looks like this

<b:widget id='HTML10' locked='false' title='About Us' type='HTML'>

Note: Widget Id or title might be different from the above one because of different widget names and id because In my case I've selected HTML 10 and that's why my widget id is HTML 10.
Step 5. In the above code locked='false' which means that the widget is not locked and if your want to lock it then change false to true and if the widget is locked and you want to unlock it then change true into false and your widget will be unlocked.

Step 1. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard
Step 2. Select a Blog and Select Template option from the menu in Left Side
Step 3. And hit the Backup / Restore button which is in the top right corner of that page
Step 4. A popup will open and Click on the Browse button from that popup
Step 5. Select the Backup file and Hit the Upload button
Note : The file should be in XML format.
And Done !!

If after the backup of you blog, your blog is deleted by blogger and you want to backup your blog posts, so just follow the steps below to recover your blogger blog :

How To Recover Your Blogger Blog From Backup

Step 1: Go to Blogger Dashboard >> Select Blog >> Setting >> Other And click on Import Blog option

Step 2. A new screen will appear
Step 3. Click on Browse and select your backup file

Step 4. Enter the words in image in the box and click on Import Blog Button
Step 5. All your blog posts will be imported back to your blog

If you backup your blog daily then you can recover your blog easily after serious damage or after complete deletion.
